Review of Wage Allocation Voting Choices (as requested by Membership):
A. Add entire 2% wage increase to RRSP Funds Administered by TEIBAS. As it’s a step in balancing the overall wage package while working under the EPSCA Agreement, New fund allocation to IBEW353 members. It’s a non-taxable benefit at this time – until withdrawn in the future.
B. Add entire 2% wage increase to base Hourly Rate – this has been the default through COVID to date.
C. Allocate the 2% increase as follows: 1% to RRSP and 1% to Existing Pension Plan
D. Add entire 2% wage increase to Pension Plan Funds Administered by TEIBAS
Voting will be completed from April 18th to 25th via simply Voting – Please register via IBEW 353 Member side and/or respond to your prequalification email
