MEMO: Arbitration Decision – PNWA / “Me Too” Award for ICI, LINE and COMMUNICATIONS SECTORS

Subject: Arbitration Award – PNWA / “Me Too” Compensation
We are pleased to announce that the Arbitrator has rendered a favorable decision regarding the PNWA, commonly referred to as the “Me Too” money. As a result of this arbitration, the IBEW has been awarded $2.40, to be distributed evenly over the next two years of the collective agreement.

Disbursement Schedule:
- An additional $1.20 effective May 1, 2026
- An additional $1.20 effective May 1, 2027
This decision applies only to the ICI, LINE and Communication sectors and represents a well-deserved outcome recognizing the value of our members’ contributions and ensuring fairness within the wage structure.
Communication sector is based on percentages as per the Principle Agreement.
Updated wage sheets reflecting this award will be made available once they have been signed off by the contractors.
